Total amount of money = 28 × 0.10 = $2.80At first they had 24 coins of 0.10 & 0.20 coinsMax amount of money = 24 × 0.20 = $4.80Difference with actual = $4.80 - $2.80 = $2.00Number of 0.10 coins = $2.00 ÷ 0.10 = 20 coinsSo number of 0.20 coins = 24 - 20 = 4 coins  (ans)

Before > 24 coinsAfter > 28 coins Diff = 28 24 = 4 coins To have an increase in 4 coins of 10 cents, no of 20 cents = 4 coins
